This is a topical treatment for skin conditions likely to respond the to antibacterial Fucidic Acid and the anti-inflammatory steroid Betamethasone. We use it a lot for sore septic places and find it an excellent product. It contains a steroid so when you read the insert in the box you will be struck rigid with fear because of the potential ill effects of steroids! However try to remember it is just a product to apply to small areas of skin and ill effects are really very unlikely to occur to both pet and yourself. It is suggested that you use gloves when applying it.
